An absolut Diamond and steal for the money. What you get is amazing - we had a full cabin with a bbq and a own garden and it’s all meters away from the shore - we did have a fun swim early morning and of course it’s quite wavy and cold - but they have a solution: a spa! Honestly one of the best places I ever stayed. Highly recommend!

Great location! The design of the place was one of the best we have seen in NZ. The playground and common area were right at the center, very comfortable and kids friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Amberla Cottages for one night for a sleep after and before a long car journey. This is actually a really good quiet place! The rooms are nice and cosy, and the little house contains everything needed. Hokitika is a nice place too.
