What a great place to spend a night while on the road! Not extremely flash but rock solid, comfortable and relaxed. Friendly locals made us feel very welcome in this tight little community.

Very pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.
