Since it's not a bustling city, we were worried about where to eat, but the owner kindly explained the neighborhood to us, and we werer able to enjoy a delicious pizza. The apartment was very spacious and there was everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bedrooms were lovely, we stayed here as a couple and my sister and it was really nice that she got to have the same size bedroom as my husband and I. The bedding and towels were very good quality. The kitchen was immaculate with every from a potato peeler to a microwave. The only issue was the frying pan was very burnt and unusable, guessing the owner didn’t know as maybe it hadn’t been reported.we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Modern on Malthus.

Lovely little place to stay! Very well put together, has all the bits & bobs needed! And although on the smaller side there is enough room for a family of 4 to be very comfortable. We especially loved the comfy beds & fabulous water pressure in the shower.
