We were all blown away when we reached the property. The house is filled with charm, history, and as my niece said this feels like a real family home. It had everything you need as far as amenities and was so peaceful. Absolutely amazing waking to the sounds of Tui’s. This was the perfect place to stay and only wished we had time to stay longer. Will definitely return. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property.

Great location to beaches, nice easy walk to lukes kitchen for lunch, or dinner and drinks, over the Lukes kitchen mountain is a great beach. Carol is a wonderful host, great breakfast too. She was able to extend my stay because I had a too much to drink and was well and truly hungover to drive home the next day. Thankyou very much had a great weekend.

Waters Edge B&B is perhaps the best place we stayed on our two-week trip to New Zealand. It is centrally located right at the beach, and one can walk across. We just strolled along to the beach to the Marina, which has lots of dining options. The hosts, Don and Heather, were both warm and considerate. They took every care to make us comfortable and gave us helpful advice on where to dine and what route to take to our next stop. The breakfast was substantial, exquisitely presented, and served on a deck with a full water view. What a great way to start a lovely day in Whitianga.
