We had chosen this accommodation at the last minute because we were simply looking for a place to stay with a washing machine. We were totally amazed: a new, perfectly furnished tiny house awaited us. The owners must have put an incredible amount of work and thought into it, because the little house is not only beautiful, but also very functional. Everything you could wish for was there. The view of the pond and the nature was also wonderful, as well as the friendly hosts who made sure that all our wishes were fulfilled. In the end, this spontaneous decision led to one of the most beautiful nights on our trip.

Always things to see art museums, parks, kidzown playground, pools, mini putt, sports park, train rides, cafes, movie boutique screenline, Henley lake recreation trails cycling, thrifty shops, kuripuni shops, kingstreet arts centre, ten pin bowling, library etc..always things to do and see..

The Lodge was easy to get to as it was situated along the main road in Masterton. Accessible to amenities around yet private and tranquil. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. Staff was really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good WiFi which really helped us in searching up well rated cafes and there was one just within walking distance -The Coffee Ride Cafe. The Lodge is also really close to The Clareville Bakery along SH 2 towards Carterton. We also enjoyed the TV programmes which they had available on their network.
