We had such a lovely stay at the cottage. The hosts were absolutely wonderful-so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed or recommend things to do in the area. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable. The sheep wandering around the grounds were absolutely adorable and added so much charm to the place. It was peaceful, relaxing, and full of character. We’d happily stay here again!

Absolutely everything. The quirky decor, the beds were so comfy. The privacy, the deck, the hot tub, our own private bar with snooker table and darts, its only a stroll to town and avery good coffee shop. So close to akaroa and the touristy parts. We booked an extra night cause we loved it so much!

This way above and beyond what we expected. The hosts left homemade bread for us, bacon and eggs. Everything we needed. It was such a beatiful break away from the noise of town life. We wish we were there for longer. The night sky was a dream, the neighbours were all friendly and our 5 year old made some friends. We absolutely love it.

Great location and close walking distance to the waterfront. Lovely friendly staff. Especially loved the local touch of being shown to our room. Loved the beer garden and the food was great too. The king balcony room was awesome, we ended up making some new friends while hanging out checking the view out.
