We loved our stay at the Alps Motel & Apartments. The room was spacious and with all amenities , its also walking distance to the Twizel town centre which has supermarkets, playground for kids & restaurants. We chose to make Twizel our base to travel to Mt.Cook for trails . The property also has good parking space. The rooms were super clean. Would highly recommend this property in the beautiful town of Twizel

Beautifully renovated motel accommodation, great attention to detail and exceeded our expectations for a motel and probably one of the best in the South Island. Extremely comfortable beds, gorgeous large bathroom, amazing window furnishings, awesome kitchenette even with a Nespresso coffee machine and very well stocked. Courtyard to rear of bedroom with seating and sliding door, great luggage racks with hanging space, table seating in room. Parking outside room.

My wife and I really cannot rave about this retreat enough.

My wife and I really cannot rave about this retreat enough. The villas are exceptionally appointed and spacious. The environment is picturesque, tranquil and peaceful. The food provided in the villas and the meals cooked by the chef are truly delicious and guests individual tastes are catered for. The staff are very welcoming and friendly whilst ensuring that privacy is a key component of the experience. The villas could not be cleaner or more tastefully presented. We doubt anyone could be disappointed in their stay at this retreat.
