Clare and Ralph were the nicest people you will find! Whatever we needed, they made sure we got it. They respected our privacy and wouldn't even knock on the door to leave stuff behind when we were in the lodge! Just one text to Clare and she would answer you ASAP and try to fulfil all your wishes!

One of the best motels I had on my trip in New Zealand. Wonderful hosts, cozy room with everything you need and the garden is perfect to enjoy the time outside. Good location, restaurants are within walking distance and still very quiet.

It was on the way to Rotorura from Hot Beach. It was a reasonable price. My husband was interested in the local gold mine. The house was well equipped with lots of space and a comfy bed. The hosts offered produce from their lovely garden.
