Beautifully prepared and decorated spacious room in a quiet garden location only a short drive from town. Very welcoming, helpful and considerate host. The room had a comfortable bed and a sofa. We chose it last minute as a resting spot while driving to Akaroa. Great and relaxing stay. Hosts were wonderful. Not only we felt very welcome, git recommendations on the area, but also got a great breakfast. Everything is very clean and cosy. Area felt very safe. There is a nice patio. Private parking spot. Exceptional value.

Comfortable King size bed. Exceptionally helpful & friendly owner - even lent us her car wash brush etc so we could wash the car. Wish we had stayed there 2 nights instead of the 2 nights we booked in Kaikoura.
