We had an amazing stay at Hotel Anaya. Our room was brand new, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the mountains. The location is perfect — close to the lake, the boat dock, restaurants, and shops, yet very quiet. The staff was simply fantastic. They were so friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay special. They prepared an early breakfast for us, packed a delicious lunch for our early flight, and even helped arrange our flight to Kathmandu with a taxi. I’ve rarely experienced service like this — they really made us feel cared for. After our trekking tour, this hotel was the perfect place to relax. The price was more than fair for what we got. We can’t recommend Hotel Anaya enough and would happily come back!

I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. Very good location, all rooms with balcony with lake view, very clean and comfortable. Bishnu, Nisha and BJ are wonderful, warm and heart full people who makes you feel at home and Nisha’s food is delicious. The eating place outside on the porch surrounded by flowers and green plants is very cozy and comfortable. I had only booked a few days, but prolonged my stay, and with the lake with all its restaurants and cozy cafés along the shore and all the hiking options around the corner, I felt I could stay for ever.

Loved the roof top view. Can't be more central. Staff is super sweet. Breakfast is fresh and a great variety. They moved us to a bigger room and checked if we were okay everyday. Great Value for money. We stayed 4 nights. Try this place!!!!
