Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

Wow! What a fantastic stay. Booked 3 nights for a get away from the busy cities and it was amazing. The resort is located on the edge of the river bank- absolutely stunning views with plenty of wildlife. We saw elephants and a rhino from the balcony! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were keen to make sure we had a great time. Was a lovely family feel to the place and excellent food and drink. In the evening they had an open fire outside. The pool area is lovely and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. Heating worked well as we went in the winter time. Shower was hot! We went on a boat safari and 2 Jeep safaris to different areas. We saw plenty of rhino as well as a wild elephant, sloth bear and many other animals. The guides were very knowledgable and friendly. Had an amazing time and if I am ever back in chitwan I will be definitely back to stay here.

We loved the location, the garden with all the fairy lights, the spacious room and hot showers. All was amazing. Outstanding for us was the all the staff were so kind, we got help with all the trips we made and all the transport, we felt so cared for. The hotel is located on the quiet street with beautiful outdoors area which feels like the nature sanctuary. It’s a budget accommodation, but clean with lovely and helpful team/family running it. The reception team is friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about the local area and able to organise day or multiple days tours into the national park. We decided to book 4 days hiking trek around the jungle and stay with the local communities. It was the best decision. Our guides Sanjok and Sanjo were really easy to be around, helpful, knowledgeable about the fauna and flora and knew their way around the park without hesitation. They showed us everything what this beautiful place has to offer while being respectful to the nature and the wildlife. The main thing for me was that I felt safe and I knew that they would do everything to bring us back in one peace. 😅 Thank you for 4 wonderful days that we will never forget.

We loved our stay! Beds were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the hosts were so lovely! It was so convenient having Bishnu as our safari guide and having options of jeep, boat, and walking safaris. Unreal experience.
