Breakfast had a greatvariety of choices. And it was delicious. They had nepalí options but also western breakfast options.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is nice, there is separate the wet and dry zones of the bathroom. The room has enough space to open 2 luggages. Location is so good, it is close to Thamel. And a mini supermarket is nearby hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. The hotel stored our luggage while we were on our trek.

The rooms were clean and service 10 out of 10. Bars, cafes, shops and restaurants all within a step away. Definitely a must try. The Resturant in the hotel was great and their breakfast.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Jampa during my first visit to Kathmandu, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. 😊 The rooms were just the right size for my needs, and the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water and shower gels, added to the comfort. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to each day. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered all my questions with a smile and arranged a driver for me and a friend on short notice when we decided to visit the Swayambhunath Temple. Their efficiency and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. Another convenient feature was the currency exchange service available at the front desk. The hotel’s pickup and drop-off service was impeccable. As a first-time visitor to Nepal and a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease. One gesture that stood out and truly touched me occurred during my departure. While on the way to the airport with their drop-off service, the receptionist messaged me to let me know that I had accidentally left behind a bag of souvenirs. At that point, we had already reached the airport, but the driver kindly returned to the hotel, retrieved my bag, and delivered it to me at the airport—all free of charge and with remarkable speed, given my flight was fast approaching. Overall, my experience at Hotel Jampa was wonderful. From the reception staff to the drivers and even the bodyguard, everyone contributed to making my first stay in Kathmandu feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. 🌟
