The hotel is excellent and highly professional. Its location in the heart of Thamel is perfect—central yet pleasantly quiet and comfortable. The hotel facilities are outstanding, with a beautifully designed lobby and rooms that are maintained to a very high standard compared to other places I’ve seen in the area. The stay felt truly welcoming, and the breakfast was both delicious and varied. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything I needed, and the hotel manager was highly professional and personally involved in ensuring a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really great atmosphere! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and offered me lots of advice. The beds were really comfy. Breakfast was so nice and I enjoyed eating it in the courtyard. This was the best hotel that I stayed at in Nepal

Kathmandu is bustling and alive, with plenty of trekking shops that offers Excellent gear at an excellent price, you will find EVERYTHING you need here. Durbar Square is cool, and if you can handle it the Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of Bagmati River - Crematoria is worth a visit. Restaurants overall are pretty good offerring a wide range of Western, Nepalese and Indian Cuisine. The shopping for local crafts and Cashmere are Great... .

An exciting, vibrant city full of interest, lovely people and good food. Felt very safe. Also very cheap, £20 a night for two people in a good hotel. In Pokhara, after a twelve day trek we stayed in the smartest hotel I’ve every stayed in, right posh it was, pool, sauna, massage, etc all for £60 a night for two people. Napal generally is a very good option for holiday. While the initial flights are expensive, fly via Delhi takes about 13 hours and costs roughly £1000, once you’re there it’s very cheap with lots to do. Best suited for those people looking for an active holiday trekking, guided mountaineer, water sports, mountain biking, and temple ticking. A European holiday from Europe is cheap to get there but food and accommodation are expensive. Napal is expensive to get there but very cheap once you’re there. I’m 67 years old, this trip was my swan song my final big mountain exploit ! Well stuff that, it’s fired me up, I’m going back next spring, thanks Nepal.

Kathmandu kind of dusty city, you may wear face mask. If you need to buy something, you probably need NPR. I found hard to change back from NPR to US dollars. Better to change USD to NPR just enough to buy what you’re looking to buy. Hotel and some coffee shops taking credit cards.

I had an absolutely excellent experience here! The place is stunning, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful — always attentive to every need. I’d especially like to mention Shiva and the front desk team for their outstanding service. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

Some part of loads were not paved so sometimes like rush hour the air becomes so dusty due to so many cars and buses. Some restaurants would charge some extra fee if you offer to pay by credit card. cash would be better in a local restaurant.

wonderful and very comfortable new hotel, but what sets it apart are the owners, they are very welcoming and attentive, without being overbearing. I left one of my bags with them for 3 weeks while on a trek - free of charge. Plus, the location, you are right on the border of Thamel, but it's very quiet at night. Honestly, for what you get, this place is very cheap.

The location is right in the heart of Thamel, surrounded by cafés and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally attentive and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay and overall experience. We were able to leave our suitcases in the hotel during our trek, and to come back to this comfortable hotel after 18 days was really a luxury.
