I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Jampa during my first visit to Kathmandu, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. 😊 The rooms were just the right size for my needs, and the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water and shower gels, added to the comfort. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to each day. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered all my questions with a smile and arranged a driver for me and a friend on short notice when we decided to visit the Swayambhunath Temple. Their efficiency and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. Another convenient feature was the currency exchange service available at the front desk. The hotel’s pickup and drop-off service was impeccable. As a first-time visitor to Nepal and a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease. One gesture that stood out and truly touched me occurred during my departure. While on the way to the airport with their drop-off service, the receptionist messaged me to let me know that I had accidentally left behind a bag of souvenirs. At that point, we had already reached the airport, but the driver kindly returned to the hotel, retrieved my bag, and delivered it to me at the airport—all free of charge and with remarkable speed, given my flight was fast approaching. Overall, my experience at Hotel Jampa was wonderful. From the reception staff to the drivers and even the bodyguard, everyone contributed to making my first stay in Kathmandu feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. 🌟

It is a nice hotel managed in a family way. The hotel is great, totally new and in the center of Thamel. The best thing is that despite being in the center, the street in which it is located is not very busy, which allows you to rest in the noisy Kathmandu. Breakfasts are great including tortilla, sausages, fruits, yogurt, coffee and juice, served individually at your table. Highly recommended, we would return without hesitation.
