Clean and modern furnished rooms. The hotel is at good location,secluded in small park right next to the shore. 2 minutes walk to/from bus stop 31 goes to the heart of Oslo in about 15 minutes. Excellent breakfast. The staff is professional and polite. I do recommend it.
