We only required a comfortable bed for one night and this property provided that. We were sent a pin code in advance, which worked perfectly and allowed us to enter the building and our room. It was quiet with a very thick curtains which were important during this summer. We slept well here. There is also a small kitchen with a coffee machine which you can use everything was clean.

We liked everything about it. We have travelled extensively across Norway and this location is outstanding. It beats Lofoten, Vega islands and other places along the Scenic Coastal route. We should have booked a whole week at Brygga pa Donna, as it is comfortable, serene and the beautiful waterside cottages with grass rooves and wide timber decks, provide a very special, authentic experience. You can kayak or fish almost straight out of your door. We caught site of sea eagles while there, even while we missed seeing them elsewhere. The place is perfect for slowing down to appreciate nature and the stunning beauty of the surroundings or you can investigate many other attractions on Donna Island. The host responds quickly to any query. Hostess Linda was an absolute gem, she was warm and friendly and gave us much local information and attended to our every need, making our visit a perfect stay in every way.

The staff was really nice with me and waited quite late because of my delay in travelling. The house iis remarquable and I was given short story of the building and surroudings (thank you very much for that).

Comfortable house with big living room on the ground floor. It is called "old house", but the renovation makes it look pretty new. You feel the old only by the low doorways where you have to mind your head... Kitchen has everything you need for a longer stay (including washing machine and dryer). Bedroom on the upper floor has actually separating walls for some privacy, but you have to cross to access the last beds, so it is fair to advertise it as one-bedroom house. The house is at a quiet place on a side road with view to the fjord, 25min to Sandnessjoen. Don't miss the walk up to Reinesaksla where you have a splendid view to the 7 sisters.
