The hotel is placed in a beautiful part of the city, with a perfect view on the cruise ships, had a great terasse. Breakfast is a treat! Lots of choice and very good and fresh food! Highly recomand!

1. One of the more famous hotels in Kristiansund. Everyone knows where Scandic is. 2. Great location, overlooking the bay. Great to see the boats and the cruise ships sailing by. 3. Wide spread of breakfast options. Lovely restaurant area. 4. Very warm and welcoming staff. Always ready to help, even if it's the middle of the night. We got local recommendations and travel recommendations to nearby spots like the Atlantic Ocean Road. 5. Good cleaning of room. 6. All amenities provided, nespresso machine, tea, kettle.

Very nice hotel, you can see they are being modern by some touches here and there of humours and up to date concern about the hotel world. You can tell it's not just another anonymous hotel but there is a soul behind it (thumbs up for the "this is how it works" sheet) Breakfast is big and with lots of options, hot drinks available all the time. Staff was nice. The room was giving onto an inside courtyard and was quiet regarding the outside (you could still hear your neighbour's tv depending on how loud they put it) Single room not too big but big enough. Desk to work. There is a space with books to read (some not in norwegian)
