First, the extremely helpful young lady at the reception at 1730 August 6. In brief, we had a 'missing' baggage for 7 days, and I received conflicting messages from the airline (SAS). So I asked the young lady for help. In no time she called the airport to confirm its whereabouts (at Svolvaer airport). Then, she assisted us further by calling a local 🚕. All the time, she was courteous and soft spoken. Second, the hotel is in a wonderful setting and the most iconic part of this beautiful town. Third, a good and tasty breakfast is provided. Fourth, it's situated near the ferry ⛴️ pier (10 minutes' walk).

This eco-friendly, stylish hotel is located in the picturesque harbour town of Svolvær. Wi-Fi access is free on site. Guests can enjoy stunning waterfront and Svolværgeita Mountain views.
