Everything was just perfect! Our host was amazing. Very friendly, flexible and helpful. We simply loved it there. The apartment is made with so much love for detail and it seems to be brand new. The oven let us feel cozy and warm and we admired the decoration. Would have loved to stay longer! Highly recommendable.

Nice welcome by the owner. The interior is very cozy with old antique furniture. The bed could belong to a royal castle. There is a kitchenette with a stove, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. The bathroom is modern and comfortable. The property is dog-friendly. There is a big park nearby where you can walk your dog. The size of our room was probably 60 sq m and not only 40 as indicated. Coziest hotel room we have ever experienced. The property is a 7-minute drive from the ferry harbour.

I don't think we saw Larvik at its' best - on a cold, dark...

I don't think we saw Larvik at its' best - on a cold, dark and windy December night - the restaurants mainly all shut around 9pm which left us with a slightly dodgy Chinese takeaway in which we found a hair, so not great. However, what we did see was quaint and pretty with a beautiful harbour.

On a road trip through Norway, knowing what I know now, I would have stayed here longer. My ferry is on Wednesday, so I have a day and a half to get to Kristiansand. I would have preferred to stay here longer, lovely hotel, great staff and lovely facilities. Put this on your radar for a stop over.

That was absolutely unforgettable stay! Anne-Mette is one of the nicest people I've ever met! She was taking care of me all the time, we even had a cup of tea together and a really nice conversation. Also the quality of a room was great - tidy, warm and with lots of amenities - like in real house. I arrived to Larvik without any expectations, but I left convinced that I have second mother here - Anne-Mette showed me what the empathy is and I will never forget that! Surely I will go back here!

Great flat, lots of space, private terrace with nice views over the fields and farms. Quiet. Very well equipped. Flat is over two floors with private entrance, but attached to proprietors house. We were only there for a night, so can’t say much about area. very close to Ferry Terminal in Larvik though. Extremely friendly and helpful host.

Irina the host is lovely. She will help you with anything. The apartment is lovely and airy and all the rooms are a good size and have all the amenities you will need. The location is great - down by the water and very central and the price is great. The cheapest place in Larvik that I have found and value for money exceeds everything.
