Very cozy and nice apartaments in Alta city. A little bit far form the centre, but the city is quite small, so it is nice place to stay and start a walk around Alta city.

Set in the same building as AMFI Alta Shopping Centre, Thon Hotel Alta offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with a cable TV and minibar. Alta Bus Station is located right next to the hotel.

Everything about this hotel deserves praise, especially the fantastic breakfasts. The rooms are very spacious, equipped with a small kitchen including an electric hob and even an ironing board. Right next to the hotel there is a covered, spacious parking lot, as well as shopping galleries. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Northern Lights Cathedral. It was also important to us that this hotel has pet-friendly rooms.

This eco-friendly hotel has a central yet quiet location in Alta, a few minutes’ walk from the Markedsgata shopping street.

The Scandic Hotel in Alta was the best Hotel I have ever been. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was perfect. If I ever come back, then I choose the Scandic Hotel.

I really liked the house. Everything we needed was there. Enough space for 4 people. The surroundings and the view were beautiful. Our family is very satisfied!

We stayed at the hotel for a few days and were very pleased. The location is perfect — quiet, surrounded by forest and beautiful nature. Special thanks to the staff! Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. We enjoyed both breakfast and especially dinner — everything was tasty and made with care. A great place for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely come back!

It was easy to be in contact with the owner. Parking was in front of the building, city center approx 20 mins on foot. We had everything we needed.
