Cozy Christmas atmosphere, comfy bed, fabulous breakfast, the hotel is located on the main street, near all major city attractions and meeting points for the day trips, kind and helpful staff. Perfectly located near the airport and a bit outside the city, but well connected by bus. Breakfast was superb! A lot of choices every day. Room was very comfortable and the top floor, where the reception is, is very nice as well. The welcome drink was a nice extra.

Perfect location. The hotel is opposite a ferry terminal and located in the center of Tromso city. I could access most of the significant sites by walking.
The building is modern in design. There is a Sky Bar on the top floor, and the gin and tonic was good. The breakfast was also lovely. If you are a tourist visiting Tromso for the first time, staying at this hotel is one of the best choices.

I found the room to be perfect for a few days, with a lovely view of the mountain every morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I always had a good night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and welcoming. And the free waffles were very tasty each night. The room was clean and modern, with adequate storage space for a solo traveller.
