Great cabin in the forest! The cabin has been renovated nicely so still has log cabin features but modern kitchen and bathroom plus modern TV making it very comfortable if the weather is not so good outdoors. Handy location with only 10mins drive to Hellesylt where you can catch ferry to Geiranger. There are also plenty of nice walks in the surrounding hills which the host Kim Andre was very kind to tell us about. Would definitely stay again:)

We changed our room to the one with the view, which was the best decision. (worth the extra payment) It was on the 5th floor, and the view was amazing. We loved it. We didn’t want to leave the room. Thanks to the receptionist who changed the room.

The breakfast was wonderful and even I, a vegan, had options. The layout of the restaurant was perfect too so that we didn't feel so cramped together like in many places.

The location was perfect, Only a few hundred meters away from the ferry. And you can enjoy the awesome view of Geiranger. The room was awesomely quiet, clean, warm and cozy. Also the owner was super hospitable, he shared a superb route for us to explore and the couple are really friendly. The living room and kitchen has floor heating system and the bedroom has a radiator. There is also a supermarket nearby and you can cook with the clean kitchen stuff.

Everything was great, the room was warm when we arrived, we felt at home with some friends. The property is clean and spatious and everything we need is available in the kitchen. The bathroom has been recently renovated and feels good. The hostess is very kind and even helped us book a ferry by calling the company after giving tips about a nearby cruise to do. She made us a wonderful breakfast with various dishes.

This waterfront property overlooks the UNESCO listed Geirangerfjord, while the town of Geiranger is 2 km away. AIl cottages have a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a fjord-view terrace.
