The room was very nice and the breakfast had lots of things to choose from. We arrived later than the normal checkin time but we called ahead and it was no problem checking in late (reception was open 24h).

The Design of the Hotel was fabulous. The Attention to details, the furnishings were luxury end and room was good sized (we stayed in their Deluxe room). It was obvious that the Architect loves lightings. The lightings of the entire hotel was very well done, every corridor, every room, every space had different and nice lights. beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms. Breakfast and coffee was good too! We initially considered staying at Brosundet hotel but am very glad we decided on Hotel 1904.

Cozy and pleasant room with sea view. Very friendly staff. A micro-shop right at the reception desk, so you can buy water, ice cream, cup noodles or coffee right there. An eclectic interior that mixes both modern clean Scandinavian look and old wooden elements. Top-notch breakfast, big choice of dishes for everyone, including lactose and gluten free options. And a pretty decent coffee that you can take away, this is good especially on sunny days, because the breakfast cafe has a big outside are with sea view. It is located basically at the city center, so you can explore everything on foot. All fjord marine sightseeing activities are also located nearby.

Hotel Noreg is located in Ålesund city centre, 50 metres from the bus station and the Hurtigruten Ferry Terminal. Public parking is accessible nearby. Free WiFi is available.

Very good hotel, rooms very comfy and spacious. The view from the room was spectacular, one of the best we ever had. Breakfast very good. Location walking distance to all attractions and restaurants.
