The bathroom was tiny, with no space for toiletries. No hangers for towels. The room was so small despite booking a double room. Only one chair, no bedside table/shelf by the bed. Thought of staying for two nights but left after one night.

Finnsnes is a very small town, but it has good markets and...

Finnsnes is a very small town, but it has good markets and some restaurants. However, the best option might be to look for a room with a kitchen to save money, as everything is quite expensive in Norway. However, for those who want to visit Senja Island and see the Northern Lights, it's a great option, avoiding the exorbitant prices of Tromsø. Senja Experience is a company I would recommend for these tours.

We ordered a packed lunch for Saturday morning, but it wasn't ready when we got to the reception at 6:50. There was a grumpy old woman sitting there who must have worked at the hotel for far too long. So we went in and made the packed lunch ourselves. Very poor service.

A great stop before heading to Senja Island! And for the return trip! This is where we saw the most Northern Lights compared to other places, but of course, it depends on the weather!

The hotel was extremely clean both inside and out, with apartment-style accommodations featuring a cabin-like interior. The rooms were exceptionally tidy and clean. The location was also within walking distance of the town center and shops. The hotel has a small, free parking area for guests right next to the building. Check-in is done via a code sent by text message on the day of arrival. There is no staff on-site, but none is needed. Recommended!

Cleanliness of the room on very high level. Good atitude of all the people working in the hotell. They do a good job as a hotell and they are much better than many of other hotells with big names. Great design of the rooms, very cosy and warm. Delicious breakfast made with love, and you really can taste it.

Old but definitely cosy house, a lot has been modernised. Good place if you want to stay right in the middle of Finnsnes and don't mind the traffic. Beautiful view in the morning over the water.
