An unexpected flat tyre discovered just before departure messed up our plan. We were a bit lost, being foreigners in an unfamiliar location. Nina, the extremely kind hotel staff helped locate a garage and drove me and the removed flat tyre to the garage. She even waited to drive me and the tyre back to the hotel. So we could quickly get onto our journey again. A frustrating morning turned into an unforgettably positive experience by a nice lady from the property management.

Beautifully furnished cabin by a gorgeous lake, takes 2 buses to get there and a little walk up a slight hill but well worth it. Beautiful forests nearby to explore, nice patio area and beautiful log cabin.

The hotel is in a great location, with many sights, restaurants, bars and shops close-by. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are of medium hardness. The bathroom is spacious, the shower has great water pressure. The hotel has 3 onsite restaurants, I tried the brasserie which was good but there are also a number of other good restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. Don't miss the hotel spa, which has 5 different types of saunas a decent pool and a seawater hot tub, not too mention the great treatments, cosmetic products etc. Breakfast is amazing as well.

The location is excellent. It is in a very beautiful area and very close to the city centre. Everything is accessible by foot. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good.
