Staff was very kind and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Outside the room had plenty of common space where we were able to enjoy meals, relax and watch tv. It also has a trampoline which was very nice. Breakfast had lots of different things including smoked salmon, which was very nice! Superb location, the bus for the glacier has a stop right in front of the hotel!

We were there during the low season and very few other guests were present. It is an old hotel with the most amazing staff! They were extremely nice & helpful. The room was nice with everything we needed (I would add a kettle if I were the owner). It is close to the Trolltunga trail so was a great place to stay before our big trip! Breakfast is good with a variety of food to choose from.

This hotel is located by Lake Sandvevatnet in the village of Odda, close to the Hardangervidda National Park and Folgefonna Glacier Park. The centre of Odda is 2.1 km away.

Our family with a 3 years old had a great time at the apartment. It was very clean, cozy and the beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed. Hosts were very very friendly and nice, it was a pleasure to meet their family. And the view to the fjord was really beautiful, we enjoyed having breakfast in the garden. Would like to stay there longer.

Gea's apartment is perfectly described in booking.com and the photos match the description. Beautiful apartment located next to the ocean and we enjoyed sipping coffee and wine staring at the ocean and ferries passing by. The apartment has everything one can ask for and is spacious yet cozy. Gea is a great host, who had kept the heater already running as it was raining at that time. She answered all our questions and even met her for a good chat (as it in not that common to meet hosts in Norway) Highly recommended apartment around Odda/Rosendale.

There IS cutlery in the cupboard! Thanks for clear instructions with photo but it didn’t help me (I don’t know why, it’s rather clear) :). Also I couldn’t find curtains the first time. Lol. There is a heater – very nice in October. Nice view. Easy to find and public parking nearby. We used free sauna in other hotel, it took us 15 min by car, Jacuzzi was closed.
