It was a pleasant surprise, a little grander than anticipated. Was just a one night stopover between locations but this was very nice and a bit more than a motel/business motel. Evening meal was nice and traditional; good breakfast; friendly staff; very clean throughout. The hotel serves the business community too but the location right on the fjord side is beautiful. Also there is an electric car charger right alongside by the waterfront. A very nice night, thank you.

The place had two beds, albeit very narrow ones, a shower, a kettle and a heater to dry our clothes. We had what we needed but nothing much else. However, in the area, it was a reasonable price for crashing for the night.

quiet place surrounded by mountains! there is a mini market in the front of the hotel in case you need something in the last minute. kind staffs from Poland, and some Norwegians being Norwegians. Just two steps from Lærdalstunnel 24,5km driving through, and you will come to the other side of the fjords in Aurland.

A beautiful apartment in a building from 1846, built in the traditional architecture of the area. Laerdal is a small, quiet, traditional village in the fjords. The apartment had an excellent layout, all amenities, and above all outstanding furniture and decoration. Helene was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
