We had a pleasant stay overall, but there are several areas that could be improved to make the experience much better. The cleanliness of the house was below expectations: we found a kiwi peel behind the sink and an old McDonald’s hamburger in the cupboard. The place was also quite dusty, the windows were not clean (obviously for a very long time), and some places in the house even had spider webs. Additionally, the house lacked basic necessities such as an air freshener in the toilet and shower gel, which are usually standard in rented accommodations. Another point of concern was the tone of the warning message we received upon arrival. It mentioned surveillance cameras around the apartment and strict rules about the number of people allowed, but it was written in a very unfriendly and intimidating manner. Adjusting the tone to be more welcoming and polite would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, the stay was nice, but addressing these issues would make it much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

Room Only rate but for the proximity to central Amsterdam it was a good rate. Really easy to get to from the airport and everywhere else was accessible due to the closeness of the metro. Lovely modern vibrant hotel. Would definitely return

Everything literally; the hotel is amazing, the staff is so kind and thoughtful. The metro station is right there, so even though you are on the north side, you can still get to the city center in 10 minutes.

It may seem pricey, but this is an experience and an unbelievable one at that. The industrial interior was perfect, the views absolutely stunning... the crane slowly turns with the wind so you see a lot. The host was super helpful too. This is for the adrenaline junkies- the lifts are not for the faint hearted, but its all part of the experience and i think its good to be taken out of your comfort zone every now and then right. Just book it- you will not be disappointed.

The people are great, really friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable, room immaculate and clean. Keyless operated access. Cafe bar offers good snacks and at a fair price, again all the staff are super friendly, locals use it and are welcoming chatty people. Just 10 minutes walk to the Metro M52 and then less than 90 seconds into Centraal station.

bed was so comfortable , we loved the Nespresso machine and they never hesitated to give us extra Nespresso shots , the location was beyond amazing its literally next to Zaandam station and its so beautiful , the view was extraordinary and the staff were nice and welcoming.
