Location was ideal for my work needs. Very efficient and friendly staff. Fantastic rooms, even had a small kitchenette area with fridge and microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. Massive comfy bed, small sofa/seating area, the whole layout of the room was brilliant. Would not hesitate in recommending this place. Arrived quite late but was in time for dinner. had the bacon and cheese burger which appeared homemade and was excellent, juicy and tasty. Had a couple of beers too, prices were very good.

We thought that this was a little gem! A wonderfully historic building in a beautiful setting. But the best bit was the staff - from the lovely warm welcome to the most amazing team in the restaurant everyone went above & beyond in order to make our stay special. The most helpful lady in the restaurant even suggested that we are outside as it was such a warm & sunny evening, and she went to a lot of extra trouble in order to set our table outside & bring all the food out. Plus the dinner itself was superbly well cooked, fresh, tasty & delightfully presented. The room itself is typical of an older style conference facility but it was clean, comfy & had a lovely large bathroom. And there is free hot drinks served on every landing. We really thought that this was one of the most interesting & rewarding places that we had stayed in our 12 week tour of Northern Europe. And it was truly exceptional value for money. A real find - you will not be disappointed!

Perfect location right opposite the train station. Spacious rooms with very comfy bed and plenty of soft fluffy towels. Kettle & fridge in room also. The breakfasts are plentiful & really delicious and to top it all the staff are truly amazing- can’t do enough to help you. Best place to stay in Roosendaal I’ll definitely be back again next year!

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by a smiling receptionist you become part of there family. I have stopped in many Dutch hotels through business but the Rosendale is way out in front . The BEST i have experienced . I put in my laundry for cleaning asked how urgent i said not they said ok. Was back within 18 hours put on hangers. To doing eggs how i like them for breakfast. Nothing to fault. Location fantastic right by the station but you cant here the trains.
