Very cozy apartment, his name speaks for itself. Maarssen is a great place to stay and you still can get to Utrecht city center by bus. I had a wonderful night's sleep here. The bed was very comfortable and the air quality was great. There is a free parking less than a 5 minutes away from apartment. Our stay here was very comfortable, so I can definitely recommend this property.

Normally I only give a review if everything goes wrong or everything is perfect. This is defiantly the second case. That was a perfect stay. The hotel itself was wonderful. A large building with a beautiful surrounding. A stunning garden (especially in autumn) and a large parking with 4 charging ports for the EV cars. Parking: parking in the center is really hard to find and not cheap, so I was very happy to find this hotel with a parking in the city. Parking is not free but still cheaper than when parking on the street. Restaurant is open for public so the parking might be busy in the evening Room: very large rooms, a lot of storage space and everything you really need. Room was very clean and quite. Style was modern but still respecting the classic design of the hotel. Restaurant/Bistro: they have a restaurant and a bistro. The bistro is the less expensive option. We only went to the bistro and really loved everything. Service was friendly, food was delicious. I really cant imagine what the restaurant could do better. Like mentioned the restaurant is open to public so you need to make a reservation Location: really perfect. You are in the city center, shopping street and touristic attraction are 5 minutes away. Despite the central location it is quite without any traffic noise. Staff: very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and we are for sure coming back

The room was really cool! Nice big room with big bed and lovely bathroom with a bath and shower and plenty of room in it. The location is brilliant! It's about 15 minutes walk from the centre but is in its own little area with lots of bars and restaurants and is very close to the canal. I loved walking in and out of the main city as the walk is along a canal in a very pleasant part of the town.

Being right on the canal and a great part of the city. Loads of great cafe, bars and shopping. You hear some noise from the street above but that is very minor and expected...adds to the stay. I would recommend the unit in the corner of you are deciding.

Beautiful well thought out room in a great location. They thought about everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Fantastic rain shower, mini fridge, blue-tooth speaker, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses & cutlery, even earplugs & umbrellas you can borrow. The staff in the greenhouse shop are extremely friendly & very helpful. I had an issue with the bedding because I'm allergic to feathers & forgot to check when I booked, they sorted it out with hypoallergenic bedding with no problem & were very kind about it! No issues leaving our bags after check out. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

* Beautiful location *Train station right across the street * 24hr front desk * Room service is quick and efficient * Breakfast was really good - salad bar, bread bar, cereal bar, milk bar(with about 5 different types of milk Inc. non dairy) coffee and juice machine, dessert bar, great scrambled eggs and some more breakfast items that changed every day and everything tasted fresh and kept well warm. Well worth the money. * The dinner option at the lobby restaurant was also very good although a little pricey and not a lot of options to choose from, the food was great. along with the alcohol bar, I'd say go for it if you want to spare traveling to find a good place to eat (try the ribs). * Room was kept clean everyday, we had a mess of clothes everywhere and the staff ignore it while cleaning they go around it so keep that in mind * Smart TV that lets you stream content from your phone with ease * can open room windows (very important) * quite a quiet area

The room was great 108, with high ceilings and view out to the monumental buildings in the street. Lots of nice details in the room which don’t make it a generic experience. Room is contemporary as well as classic. Great style. The hotel has a great location and the breakfast is quite special indeed.
