This was an amazing place to stay! The rooms are cozy, spacious, and provide perfect comfort. The bathroom is huge – a real luxury. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the hosts, Raul and Doranda, are wonderful. They are very courteous and smiley and took care of us the entire time, making sure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. The breakfast is top-notch – healthy, substantial, and prepared with quality ingredients. I wholly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect blend of comfort, coziness, and warm hospitality!

The location was very peaceful. It would be perfect to stay in for several days. The host was gracious to check us in at our late arrival.

Very comfy, worth the money. Breakfast served had a wide spread and it tasted yummy too. This had nice big rooms with bath tub and very close to the city centre. Enjoyed a relaxed stay here.

It was my first time in this hotel. The most I liked the staff, very friendly and nice. Polite and trying really their best to make your stay amazing, but also the room I got(they upgraded me) was incredibly big and I was really happy with it

For it's size, has a good selection of bars and restaurants,...

For it's size, has a good selection of bars and restaurants, despite being quite rural. Torino looks a bit dodge but we sat in and had fab pizzas for E15 each inc drinks (non alcoholic only). Sharma Calzone is a bit of a jump from tradition but I loved it. Very close to Gouda and Rotterdam, but very much in the country. It's a Euro each way on the ferry and a very short and scenic bike ride to the windmills. Nice for watching the boats go by.

The tranquility and natural surroundings were especially perfect. We cycled extensively, exploring Schoonhoven, the Vlist, Kinderdijk, and Gouda via the cycling junctions. If we had stayed another day, we would have also explored Rotterdam by tram.

Had a wonderful bike ride to Schoonhoven, the city of silver. Enjoy the dike and along the Lek River, a total of 32 km, and you'll be amazed by the beautiful farms. A fantastic weekend. We had a delicious lunch and dinner at Belvedère in Schoonhoven on the Lek River, a top location and delicious food.

The room was a bit small; we arrived by motorcycle, and you'd have quite a few clothes to hang out. All sorts of black spots on the walls and ceiling from animals that had been beaten to pieces. The grass by the pool could have been cut. The mattress sagged terribly.

A beautiful village with a lovely, authentic village center.

A beautiful village with a lovely, authentic village center. Lekkerkerk also boasts at least two excellent restaurants. From personal experience, I can highly recommend "De Nar" and "By Blue" to anyone looking for a charming restaurant with friendly service and delicious, honest food at a reasonable price.

Nicely located at a farm next to the river Lek. The owners are friendly. I enjoyed the experience. Yes, it's fairly basic but everything you need is there. And this area of Krimpenerwaard is a must-see, situated between Krimpen a/d Lek and Lekkerkerk, and close to Kinderdijk (at other side of the river).

The hotel met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The photos are completely true. It's nice when people treat their work with dedication and responsibility. Well-groomed area with a swimming pool. Breakfast is included in your stay which is a huge plus.
