Special Thank you very much from bottom of my heart Exceptional helpful Person and most kindest staff of any hotel I Met , I am truelly very impressed by Ms. Mariejet ….. you are wonderful human being … you Raise The bar of humanity , I am very thankful to this young lady Ms. Mariejet …. Unfortunately I was stucked due to emergency alert in storme arround North Holland… all trains , all flights was cancelled, she helped me a lot not even me she helped everyone there …. I never saw anyone to help such away even after check out time ….. I will again and again stay here whenever I will visit Amsterdam or near by places ….One of the Top most and Excellent staying experience till my all journey , This property is super close to metro station and Bus terminal less than 2 minute walk , Amsterdam Centraal is just 2nd stop from Noord metro station…. Highly recommended to use Bus terminal just behind hotel For going all touristic places like Volendam, Marken , EDAM , Amsterdam city …. One of the best places to stay … Thank you so much Ms. Mariejet For your all help and kindness… God bless you !

Everything! This hotel exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed in 16 hotels throughout our European holiday and this gorgeous place was without a doubt the best. We’ve paid triple the price in other locations and they have not come close to what we experienced at the Hendrick’s Hotel. I could not recommend staying here more! It’s also worth mentioning that the views are amazing as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay 🙏

The staff and facilities were absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and small thoughtful gestures like stocking complimentary drinks/snacks, leaving a handwritten welcome note in our room and leaving clean towels at the door when we didn't get our room serviced one day were all just little touches that made our stay so pleasant.

Located within 20 min walking distance from central railway station, Red Lights district, Artis zoo + Micropia, yet a quiet place. Very friendly, kind, helpful staff, even offering to fry/scramble eggs for breakfast. Breakfast! We enjoyed such buffet even having experience with big hotels. Cheese, meat, vegetables, fruits, bread, croissant, coffee, tea, juice, milk, yoghurt, granola, oat, flakes, cookies, jam, butter, boiled eggs. Tasty and more than enough to fuel up for the first half of the day. Hot drinks and some sweets are available at any time. There is also a small fridge with water, beer, wine, you are expected to just leave the money in the jar when you take something. Apart from the room key you get the boat key so you can get in at any time. Standard promo flyers for many local venues that give you discounts or gifts. No discomfort from being a boat, never noticed not being on the hard ground. Room: The beds are comfortable. We had 2 power sockets and also 3 USB sockets. Temperature is adjustable: A/C, heating, small windows. Hot water with no issues. Curtain for the shower. There was an own hairdryer in the room. We had 2 towels each. Enough storage: you have a big crate under each bed, a big shelf, a shelf under the sockets, a wardrobe with hangers and a shelf, hooks for coats, and some more space on the floor. Cozy wooden design and some pictures on the walls. A glass for each of the guests, the tap water is said to be drinkable, we were fine with it.
