Everything was just fantastic. The owners were wonderful, they were very helpful. I loved that the Guesthouse has its own bikes, it was a pleasure riding them in Utrecht. The Guesthouse was very clean and tidy. The owners prepared a book with a lot of tips about restaurants, grocery shops etc. It was an amazing journey. The guesthouse was wonderful.

We booked this hotel because all of the hotels closer to the Utrecht train station were booked. We didn't know it was a holiday. But it was a great location for us, my relatives live just 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in Utrecht. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal and park across the street. Late checkout, for a small fee, was nice.

I'd rate the location 11 out of 10 - it's the city centre, right in front of the central station, in the shopping mall where you can find everything. Several minutes walk to the Dom Tower. Room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. If I return to Utrecht, I'll definitely stay here again.

I'd rate the location 11 out of 10 - it's the city centre, right in front of the central station, in the shopping mall where you can find everything. Several minutes walk to the Dom Tower. The location was great, rooms were clean and suitable for a couple for a longer period if needed. Kitchen had all the necessary items to prepare a meal , plenty of shops for groceries and eating out. The Houten train station was next to the accommodation.
