The staff here are exceptional, particularly the lady that helped us. So friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you. The room was warm and there was a carpark (free) just behind the property. There was a good fast food Taurus restaurant attached to the property. The staff there were also super friendly and helpful.

Great family vacation spot.

Great family vacation spot. Lots of activities from horse riding to climbing and bmx riding. Aqua Mundo is fabulous with kids. Bungalows are well fitted out and in beautiful green wooded setting. Be aware cars need to be parked after offloading and access is. Or allowed until leaving. Great for kid safety and general calmness in the park. But long distances if you walk everywhere. We rented bikes for the family. We will visit again. Food could be a bit more divers for our liking. Pancakes are fabulous.

Hotel room was nice, it was sizeable. Great location, in the centre of Centre Parcs where all the facilities are. Aqua mundo was really fun and already included in the room price. Breakfast buffet as well within the room price. There was enough choice to start the morning.

We stayed at a hotel that is in the same building as the aqua park. The rooms are pretty decent, but basic. We liked the proximity of the aqua park and restaurants. The territory of the complex is also very nice with lots of entertainment.
