6 of us travelled by motorcycles to the area. Parking was easy and convenient across the road from the hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quite spacious. The evening meal menu was slightly reduced due to staffing issues, however the food on offer was good value and very nicely prepared. Staff were friendly and helpful

Rita, the host, was so incredibly nice and gave me the warmest welcome. The room was verry spacious and super clean. The bed was enormous (220cmx220cm). You can order breakfast (at the most beautiful table) you like with eggs, bread, cheese, ect and she will ask you what you like. The mini bar is free and if you want (and can spare it) you can leave some money for the orphan children she takes care about. Chapeau Rita🙏🏻

We found a lovely outdoor playground which or kids loved.

We found a lovely outdoor playground which or kids loved. Beach was disappointing. The museum is fantastic!!! Restaurants were a bit hard to find in the evenings so we've ended up eating in the hotel.

A lovely pedestrian zone with many small shops for browsing...

A lovely pedestrian zone with many small shops for browsing and shopping. A small sandy beach, but perfectly adequate for relaxing by the sea. Excellent network of cycle paths. The train and bus stations are easily accessible and offer good, punctual connections, for example to Groningen.

You choose this hotel for its unique location with a view. And the food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. The room was a bit disappointing in terms of maintenance. The bed was good, but the pillows were awful. The service was good, but not super hospitable.

We really enjoyed our short trip to Delfzijl.

We really enjoyed our short trip to Delfzijl. The hotel was right by the marina with its many charming little boats :):) The beach was within walking distance and not crowded. There's a museum aquarium in an old bunker, and a windmill you can walk through. And then there's the beach... and the little town, which seems to roll up its sidewalks early :):) That was enough for us.

Delfzijl is a town with a range of shops similar to those found elsewhere. Restaurants and bars are few and far between, if at all. The harbor area is within walking distance, and there's a hotel restaurant with a terrace. There's a beach, but it's quite a distance from the town center.

The hotel's location directly on the water, or even in the water, is truly special! Dogs are welcome. Friendly staff! There's a beach area right next to the hotel with direct access to the water, and long walks along the dike are possible. The center of Delfzijl is within walking distance.

My stay at B&B Rita in Delfzijl was truly excellent. The host was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always easy to reach, which immediately made me feel at home. The breakfast was very good, with the egg cake being a real highlight. I visited on a business trip, and the location was perfect for reaching the Eemshaven port quickly and easily. Overall, it’s a place where you genuinely feel welcome. I will definitely return whenever work brings me back to Eemshaven, and I can even see myself coming again one day with my family.

Not the first time I stayed here. Great restaurant -dinner was very good, breakfast is also very good. The room was a bit small (135 & 123), but that 's not big issue as I'm not here to stay on my hotel room all day. These rooms came with a large enough bath -always a treat after a hard days work Good beds, too. At the time of writing: unpaid parking in front of the hotel
