Spacious room with a very comfy bed. Excellent location ~ close enough to the Central train station but in the heart of the action of the old city. Boon's grocery store a 2 minute walk away. The balcony doors allowed us to enjoy the busy-ness of the street below at an arms length. We appreciated the provision of a few essentials that allowed us to have snacks in our room. Friendly host who was interested in our well being.

Being on a working dairy farm was so interesting. We and our grandchildren were shown around and could take part. Jeanette and Floor are so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Quiet countryside and farm land. Easy and lovely cycle rides to Houten and Utrecht as well as the train station in Bunnik. The accommodation is bigger than the photos depict. It was so well equipped and had much more to make self catering easy.

We had a great time here. The farm tour was a nice addition. The house is cozy and comfortable and the area is super quiet as there’s no neighbors around the farm. We rented bikes from Jeannette and did our traveling with them, Utrecht is 20 min bike ride and there’s a few restaurants a few mins bike ride away

The hotel is approx. 20 mins from Utrecht city, but it's on the highway and that's what we were looking for due to lack of time. The facility as such is very spacious and modern which is good, but room on the other hand are quite small. The breakfast is only vegetarian which was small unpleasant suprise.
