United KingdomA great place to stay! A lovely old house, clean, comfortable and on a quiet street close to the centre for the bus and boats. The owners are extremely kind people, I needed to change my dates twice due to a chane of plans and then unforseen circumstances and they were very generous and understanding. I booked and stayed here both times I was in San Carlos. Overall, fantastic value and would absolutely recommend a stay here!

I am not happy as they have available slots online but when...
I am not happy as they have available slots online but when I reached to the Hostal Frank, no one open the door and we called them with the help of one local, they said they are full. We have heavy luggage, they supposed to improve their management
