This place is amazing! It is so, so beautiful! The rooms are really spacious, pool area is really nicely made. The place is new and very clean. There are only 4 rooms so it feels very private. The owner is very friendly. We also enjoyed food & drinks in here. We had a great time and would definitely come back :) This place is a gem

It’s a true beachfront hotel, and my room on the first floor had a pool view — but I could also see the ocean, which was an amazing surprise. Yes, it’s one of the more expensive hotels in Las Peñitas, but absolutely worth it in my opinion. I chose it for the direct beach access — just a few steps and you’re on the sand. Everything worked smoothly, even the food and drink invoices were accurate and easily split between our rooms. I can definitely recommend this place.

I love the location of Barca de Oro. It’s one of the best spots on the pacific coast in Nicaragua. Sandrine and her family are excepcionally welcoming and make you feel at home. Sandrine was very helpful and nice to some of my friends who got sick. I also recommend trying yoga classes - the energy is very unique.
