All the staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable and provide useful advice and help on how to get around. Everything! It was in a nice quiet area, front desk staff are welcoming and polite and so are all the staff in dining area, bar, swimming pool and house keeping. The rooms are beautifully set up, everything you expect of a five star. Gym and swimming pool are also well kept. The hotel provides privacy and security.
