Quite a unique place. Family owned, incredibly friendly. They serve a great dinner and breakfast. Private parking so you’re all secured. Good wifi. Hot shower. Airco if needed. Comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay a great chat with the owners

Hidden in a sidse-river of the Kahn-river, totally different again compared to the wide river-bed of the kahn river. Sunset, of course in full orange, was just between the two hills towards the wide flat horizon in the west. And ist was still relatively warm. It was ilent, as it is in deep Africa. Everything worked, I enjoy the part build in stone, tike the small bathroom at the back of the tent a a small kitchen, even with fridge, buld of stone = stable.

Amazing place, everything is perfect there

Very nice accommodation near the Spitzkoppe with a beautiful barbecue area. Also, the owner of the place is so nice and we were happy to be their guests.

We camped at this idyllic location and loved it! It was well worth taking a short detour to stay in a magical valley in which this place is located (there are also small bungalows available). We were the only guests so it was incredibly peaceful and felt wild but comfortable. The owners provide a list of bird and tree species found around the place and there is a well marked short trail to a fabulous sunset view point - a breathtaking panoramic view! There is also a wonderful common area where your an have dinner but we only went there for an evening drink - a great selection of drinks and very comfortable armchairs :-) All the staff were super friendly too. Absolutely loved this place! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Etusis lodge - big thanks to Monica and Johan for taking such good care of us. The family style dinner, waterfall walk and going horse back riding were our highlights!

Extraordinary location, well maintained. Very friendly staff. Arrived early which was not a problem at all since the cabins were ready. Enjoyed the presence of a gas stove to cook water in the morning since we were not equipped for that.
