We arrived very late but the owner waited to greet us and show us our rooms. Despite being Self Catering, they provided everything, including cereals, rusks and snacks. The room was big, nicely laid out with all required amenities. Beautiful garden. Our car was parked in the street but there was a 24-hour security guard. Great location, would definitely recommend.

If you are thinking of staying in Luderitz then this is a “gem” of a place. The studio unit was perfect, clean and presented beautifully. It had everything you need , a small kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, fridge and an assortment of cooking equipment. The balcony gives you an option to sit outside and enjoy those Namibian sunsets. The shower had the most wonderful shower head with strong pressure and hot water. The 2 “angels” who looked after us were a real delight and know how to give the best Namibian welcome. These 2 young ladies also know how to prepare the units for guests and are a credit to the establishment. Thanks ladies … we will be back!

The old houses painted in bright colours and the FelsenKirche are great to photograph. Visit the Maritime Museum for an amazing time. The apartment is fine for a short stay but the kitchen counters are full of indiscriminate clutter that needs to go. It could be more minimalistic with less stuff everywhere.

sweet little town with beautiful history, the bays are very interesting. the Portuguese fisherman is a good restaurant as well as Essenzeit. Diaz point is very fun when windy, unfortunately the rock church is closed most of the time so you can not go inside this is very sad. And Lüderitz has a lot of beggars especially around spar. this is also not so nice.

Kolmanskop and a drive to Diaz Cross is a must. Visiting the old church on the hill was an unforgettable experience. Although new developments sadly the town is in decline. The old German character is fading away. Beautiful views with different landscapes on the road in. Spergebiedt tours is not affordable for SADC country members.

I just loved the atmosphere of the town.

I just loved the atmosphere of the town. We walked into a buzzing, busy Saturday morning. It was awesome. When we started looking for a place near the beach where we would scatter my late husband's ashes, it was easy to find such a place. There were many youngsters in the same area, but they were very respectful and we could finish what we were there for. I will definitely visit Luderitz again under happier circumstances.

We attended the Crayfish Festival which was fabulous. A real highlight to our 3 week Namibian trip with the great food and vibe. The town is most attractive and has many interesting sights. Unfortunately the museum was closed on the public holiday. The Agate Beach area gave good birding and a pleasant walk.

Lovely town to visit, but hoped to see more of the town, was only there for a day before we headed off to Windhoek. Seafood was fresh not what we find in Gauteng and the people was very helpful, thanx for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much the owner is super impressive booked us even for restaurant he treated us like VIP great value for money I would stay here over any 5 star hotel the room was perfect rooftop balcony chill area was amazing. Could see everything from the balcony was my first time in Namibia but this stay made me want to bring all my friends and family thanks so much to the host Mr Veldman your place is a true gem

Exceptionally comfortable with lovely views over the Luderitz Bay. All amenities provided. Bearing in mind it is self catering, we eat out. Great restaurants just down the road. Gated parking was right outside our unit.
