the place is true to its name of being very homey and inviting. the owners where very welcoming from the minute we called to confirm that we on the way right to the point where we where on our way out of the country. the rooms were very comfortable, clean and presentable, the house in general is beautiful and one has access to all of it. the breakfast was beyond what we expected and even though the venue does not specifically cater for dinner they went above and beyond to assist with the preparation and presentation of the dinner we had bought . I was beyond impressed and was one of my greatest experiences in a bnb of all time which I will forever cherish.

everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays.

The hosts Miguel and Martin are good people. They were accommodating and very helpful. I am not fluent in Portuguese, which is the country’s language, but they supported me with most of my needs like getting a taxi, suggesting tourist attractions and ordering food etc. I really enjoyed my stay and I look forward to coming again.
