This is an excellent overnight hotel if you are leaving from.Subang Airport. We took roughly an hour and a bit from KLIA. The family room was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. We booked grab cars to Subang airport and ordered food as well on grab. We didnt explore locally as it was just an airport stay. Subang is a very small airport with not alot of food options etc. I would stay here again.

People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes.

People were jumping in the swimming pool with clothes. No hygiene. Housekeeping staff was indifferent and rude. No Indian cuisine. When asked for cutlery in the room they said it's chargeable. Only 2 bottles of drinking water was provided each day

Within walking distance to Mydin supermarket & local restaurants. Calm, quiet and secure apartment with restricted entry. Good value for money for a family visit. Ethan was very helpful with reservations, key collection & was on call for any assistance !!

Thank you for allowing late check out without extra charge & complimentary parking space. If you want more often visit from the guest please once in a while offer lower rates like other 5 stars hotels are doing. Just my thoughts.

All was ok except TV was not working and technician took forever to arrive and finally was change to another room. Breakfast was late and had to keep chasing several times. Breakfast arrive half an hour late

Very central to two major shopping centre, but the Empire Hotel shopping was very convenient through the hotel, we did t need to go out far for food, cafe and drinks with the supermarket at the shopping complex. The staff was very helpful with assisting taxi back to airport.

The location was super ideal, there's a wet market right infront of the hotel, with various restaurants and food centers nearby. It is a also very near the SS15 LRT station, which is about 3 mins walk away.
