I was travelling for business purpose and had only one might here. I and my colleague checked-in about 15:30 and were luckily surprised that we have half an hour for pleasant chocolate tasting which was till 16:00. There was a small shop on the territory where you can find all necessary things.

Great location inside the terminal a hidden gem and life saver the facilities were great and the staff were amazing and always smiling considering we had a layover if 11 hours and the price for a sleep of 6 hours here and a shower whilst transiting was amazing

Pros - Kota Warisan is a Great location with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, markets and stores. Close to the KLIA train station and an easy place to get Grab Taxis. Cons- The area needs a clean-up. Rubbish everywhere and generally untidy outside.

We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what...

We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . DO NOT order text from hotel as it appeared to be on a commission basis with hotel and was extremely extortionate. Order your own!!!

This hotel is another excellent choice for those looking for a short time stay during transit. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Will definitely stay again during my next travel.

Good for price very clean n comfortable.

Good for price very clean n comfortable. Shuttle on time excellent. Near ERL express just parked my car conveniently and took grab to hotel.. Next morning shuttle at 4am to klia2. Arrived back klia2 took ERL to Salak Tinggi station

This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. Each evening there was a market offering fresh food, local delicacies, and other items for personal or gifts.

This place is fantastic. Staff super efficient. Stayed overnight due to early flight next day. Free golf buggy picks up from KLIA terminal 1 and whisks you to hotel lobby. Then drops you back next morning. Buggy runs every 5 minutes. Also buffet selection is amazing!! Will definitely stay again. Rooms probably best in our whole Malaysia trip and bed so comfortable.

the location is great, next to 24 hour local cafe if you don't like airport aircon. If you're Malaysian, using Grab to reach the place is fine, the hotel provided transport charges the same RM30 flat rate, it's for foreigner who doesn't know how to use grab.

I've stayed in several airport hotels near KLIA over the years and this one is the best so far. The room is clean and doesn't smell, linens are in good condition, wifi is strong. And the airport shuttle is reasonably priced and reliable.
