We had an absolutely amazing stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our experience truly special. The food was fantastic, and the Sky Pool with its breathtaking view of the open sea and surrounding islands was unforgettable. Watching the sunset on the beach was the perfect ending to each day. Best hotel we had in Malaysia. Very friendly receptionist, giving great recommendation what to do on the island. They also have a scooter rental, and can book tours for you (same price as all other agencies). Great service, great breakfast. Free airport shuttle Would definitely come again.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, especially Lady on Reception. Would give it more than a ‘10’ rating if we could. We turned up at 9:30pm on peak season and asked for a room as our son had been admitted to ICU at the nearby hospital after being taken very ill whilst on a cruise ship. Staff have supported us every step of the way, extending our stay multiple times and anything else we needed help with as there was no problem with a language barrier as the staff spoke great English. Exceptionally clean, spacious rooms, good food at a reasonable price and a great rooftop infinity pool where our son spent many days recovering after being discharged from hospital. The staff at Wings are the best that we have come across during all our travels. Recommend 100%

From start, middle to finish, this hotel and it's staff are impeccable. There are 4 persons at any given time to check you in. They are very attentive, professional and polite. The hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops yet it's very quiet and peaceful. Everything you could think of is available, you think of it and it's there, or else it can be organised. The food available at the accommodation is varied and very nice. Btw the airport is only 15mins away. Everything is HAKUNA MATATA.
