Property was newly renovated so we had a beautiful new room to ourselves . Bed was comfortable, views were absolutely gorgeous. We even saw a turtle right in front of our room. The owners were absolutely amazing; very accommodating, helped us with everything from booking tours to transport. Food was delicious, and they even helped us haggle for fresh seafood

this resort is more than I expected. This resort is definitely a 5 start resort. The room is spacious , comfortable and clean. The food is delicious and I love the fried plantains. The service is more than 5 star. All the staffs and the owner always try their best to help with anything we need. highly recommend.

The accommodation was much better than what l expected, except the room. The view under the sunshine was fantastic, it's suitable for photography lovers very much. Besides, the food taste was also good even though the variety was not much. However, the most worthy to be recommended was the activities offered by Waterhouse. All the guides are so friendly and helpful, so we can easily enjoy each tour : )

Panglima resort is easy reachable by boat from Semporna. It is like a retreat with very private huts. It is ideal for a romantic stay for young couples. It is not luxurious, but nice for nature lovers. Eating place outdoor ... sometimes monkeys visit ... and boats will pick you up to visit the other islands for snorkling, diving or hiking. It is an ideal place to recharge some days from daily stress. Ideal to calm down, read books, relax. Nora is a friendly, lively and funny resort manager. She helped on everything needed and made the stay even more valuable.

Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us with our trips and travel plans. They were so friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated staying in their homely cottage. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Firefly Resort in Semporna! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing. The resort truly feels like a peaceful escape while still being a great base for exploring the area. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Every morning felt like a treat. One of the biggest advantages is the free shuttle to Semporna town, which makes getting around super convenient. To be honest, Semporna town itself wasn’t really our thing — but that made staying at Firefly Resort even better. Even if your main goal is to visit the nearby islands, this resort is the perfect place to stay: peaceful, beautifully designed, and very well located for day trips. In short, Firefly Resort is a true gem in Semporna. We would absolutely stay here again!
