The price is affordable, really clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful. I expect the room size would be bigger because it is family room, but with the kind of price, I think it is worth it. The housekeeping also did a great job, make the room clean and tidy while we were out.

The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.
