This is by far the best place to stay at in Kuala Terengganu (and I have been in KT multiple times at multiple other hotels). Everything in the hotel is brand-new and very clean. I stayed in a family plus room that had a wall separating the two connected parts of the room. I really love the fact that they give two separate room cards. Two bathrooms, two ACs, two TVs, two everything in one room (amazing). The place has a Surau and has even a view deck from which you can see the Drawbridge. As for the people who work here, these are some of the most kind, well organised, and professional workers I have ever witnessed at a hotel.

a reasonably affluent city on the east coast, boasting a modern drawbridge copied from London Bridge in the UK. There is a lot of building and development going on, and clearly this place has ambitions. There are two massive shopping malls close to the drawbridgewith a great range of shops inside, and the whole city had a very pleasant vibe.

I cannot say much as my stay in Kuala Terengganu was short, only for three days, and the main purpose of my visit to KT was to visit my relatives. Didn’t do much sightseeing. However, it is a good thing that there is a large modern shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel that I was able to visit and spent time shopping and enjoying lunches and dinners in the restaurants. Also had a taste of durians in Kuala Terengganu which I didn’t have the opportunity to in Kuala Lumpur. Overall, it was a pleasant trip.

Tourists generally come here to go out to the islands, we came here in mid march and during Ramadam . The seas were still very high and we had a 50 minute white knuckle ride out to Redang, when we got there the resorts were still just opening up and it was impossible to snorkel as the waves and currents were still dangerous and there were flags out warning you not to swim. We didnt risk the 90 minute ride out to Perhentian. Terengganu is a conservative Muslim state so everywhere is closed during Ramadan, I hadnt fully realised the impact this would have but we found a Mall with a food court and ate there. We found Terengganu to be a beautiful, safe and very friendly city with lots to do and see including stunning architecture, museums, gorgeous waterfront/promenade, huge market area, lots of wildlife and a very efficient transport system. I would be happy to return but not during Ramadan as i can imagine that the City would be very different .

Just ok, pretty serene city and food (esp Nasi Dage, i will give 10-star to Nasi Dage Atas Toll) and another hotspot which i was told just opened, resembling "Studio nostalgia Jalan ampas" - Dapo pata tok jembal was fantastic, i truly enjoyed it! And esp to have a spouse who is a Kelantanese (while I am a Sarawakian), that savour our local taste. Besides that, this has not been my first visit to KT, my third actually. Prior to that, we had visited the beaches, it was fantastic, white sandy beach, and the Payang Market, was a great deal.

New hotel. Strategic location - center of Kuala Terengganu. Easy to go to interesting places such as Pasar Payang, Draw Bridge, Masjid Kristal etc. Near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol-Bandar. Just 1.4km away - 3 minutes drive~ Thank you for the water and free flow coffee at lobby. Not forget candies at reception desk. Ironing facilities is available on the same floor. Outside the room. I'm okay with that. :) Thank you for the prayer mat provided. Ease us to perform solat.^^ Nice view and scenery with landmarks - Draw bridge. We love it!

There is a car park at the hotel, a swimming pool (there is even a separate one for women inside the hotel) and a restaurant to have your breakfast. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hotel is in a quiet location. Staff were very polite and doing their best.
