Last week i stayed at a Imperial Lexis KL where the service truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering thoughtful amenities and local recommendations. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, always ensuring my room was spotless. What really stood out was their willingness to accommodate special requests with a smile. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience. We had 4 flights and about 20 hours travelled when we arrived at the hotel, i barely get any sleep on the plane and i was exhausted. The hotel staff was very kind at check-in and we were able to have our room immediately, even though it was only noon. I so appreciated that, as i really needed a nap and i fell immediately asleep in the comfy bed! Napped for a few hours and went exploring, the location is great and very close to the Petronas tower, and very close to the hop-on hop-off bus stop, which i often start with in a new city. We had an early check-out and the man at the counter was SUPER friendly! He took care of us so well, ordered a Grab-taxi and made sure we got on it and in time to the airport. We were very happy and i will definitely book this hotel next time we visit KL, but this time with a bit more time😊
