During our vacation my husband has broken his leg, and this was the only hotel which provided us so much support that I was shocked. They provided us a wheelchair for free, helped with the luggage, always helped with elevators, dining etc. Very friendly personnel, great room (spacious and comfortable), good environment, close to the center. IHG is my favorite holding, I am now sure that they really care about their guests.

With a view like this just as you step out of the lobby how could you pass on staying at this hotel? Beautiful. When you can hear the low rumble of thunder and the soft touch of rain drops while you sleep then you know you're in for a relaxing night. There's everything you need as well, unlimited drinking water, a fridge, stovetop and cooking utensils, washing machine etc. this hotel is stacked. On top of this the staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The service is the base of this cake and the location, amenities and views are the icing on top. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.
